SEE Regional Environmental Content Sharing is the sharing pool of the project Regional Environmental Content Sharing in the South Eastern European Region.

The content sharing platform is currently used and supported within the partnership project "ICT and implementation of the Aarhus convention and the environmental legislation", launched by Milieukontakt Oost-Europa in cooperation with Erina Journalists Legal Environmental Center (Macedonia) and BlueLink (Bulgaria).

The idea was initiated by BlueLink Information Network in a way to strengthen the information exchange and cooperation among the environmental civil society electronic networks in the SEE region.

Here the NGOs from South Eastern European countries could find news, campaigns and announcements. They also could be active participants in the information exchange through their local electronic network.

The partners are:

The initiative is open for new partners, who are welcome to become participants in the regional content sharing.

This project is financed by Federal Republic of Germany / Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) (www.gtz.de) and the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe (REC) (www.rec.org). The opinions expressed in connection with this project [OR, in this publication] do not necessarily represent the policies or opinions of the BMZ/GTZ/REC. The donors assume no liability, expressed or implied, arising out of the activities of any of its grantees.

The content exchange process is possible due to the methodology, developed by Association for Progressive Communications (www.apc.org). The content exchange automatically pulls information from various websites using APC's free software, the APC ActionApps. BlueLink and StrawberryNet are APC members.
